ENGL 102. Seminar in Literature and Composition. 3 Hours.
An in-depth study of some topic in literature. Reading and discussion lead to written
work and independent investigation. Objectives are to read critically, think analytically, and communicate effectively. Students are required to write several papers, one of which includes documentation. The course should be taken in the freshman year.
Prerequisite: LIBA 101 with a minimum grade of D or ENGL 101 with a minimum grade of D or HUM 101 with a minimum grade of D.
